Alternative Medicine Telesummit “Wellness Revolution 2” Now Live and Free on the Web

Adoley Odunton, survivor, interviewer

Playa Del Rey, CA (PRWEB) November 2, 2010

One of the largest resources of current information on alternative medicine “Wellness Revolution 2” is now broadcasting live over the internet from budurl.com/wellnessnews for free. Billed by host Adoley Odunton as a global telesummit, it is the second in a series of interviews that has included leading doctors, healers and practitioners of alternative medicine such as pioneers Dr. Christiane Northrup, Dr. Norm Shealy, Dr. Bernie Siegel, Carolyn Myss and Caroline Sutherland.

After surviving a rare disease using alternative medicine, Odunton devoted herself to scouring the Earth for doctors and healers, both traditional and alternative, who were getting results.

“The real breakthrough work right now is in the combination of traditional and alternative medicine. It’s so new that people haven’t even settled on a term. They call it complementary or integrative or alternative medicine but its traditional doctors working with intuitive healers and seeing the body as part of larger systems like quantum and earth energy systems. Suzanne Somers’ bestselling book on cancer, “Knockout”, gives a timely picture of what’s possible such as actually curing once incurable diseases, including some cancers.”

Odunton conceived the interview series as her own health was failing from an “incurable” disease.

“I was at the point where I couldn’t get out of bed in the morning. Skin lesions covered my face. Every morning my sheets and pillow were covered with blood.”

Her baffling condition defied diagnosis by over a dozen traditional medical specialists and pushed her to discover her own cure through alternative medicine.

“My doctors finally admitted they didn’t know what was wrong with me. I knew, intuitively, that even if these highly experienced doctors didn’t know, someone, somewhere in the world had an answer. To survive, I had to expand my view of what was possible. Almost immediately, I began to find the answers that I believe saved my life.”

Odunton’s first discovery, a gifted chiropractor in rural Arkansas, Dr. Ted Morter, developed his practice around the observation that blood acidity determined blood oxygen levels and affected general health in many ways. Within a week of arriving at Morter’s clinic, Odunton, was able to get out of bed in the morning and her lesions began to heal. Dr. Morter’s technique included diet modification, an inexpensive dietary supplement of barley grass tablets and bio-energetic exercises.

“That’s when it struck me. Dr. Morter’s simple, inexpensive techniques were just a glimmer of what was happening in medicine. While one side of medical practice was developing incredibly expensive machines and drugs, the other side of alternative medicine was expanding their human tools like diet, medical intuition, healing touch, energy healing and rediscovering ancient practices like qi-gong.”

Odunton hosts her live, one-on-one interview series “Wellness Revolution 2” which is broadcast for free over the internet from budurl.com/wellnessnews

“People all over the world listen to the calls, then ask questions directly to these people, exactly the way I did when I started my journey,” says Odunton. “We interview ayurvedic and ancient Chinese qi-gong masters, medical intuitives like Carolyn Myss, Caroline Sutherland, traditional doctors who have become pioneers in alternative methods like Dr. Bernie Siegel, Dr. Christiane Northrup and Dr. Norm Shealy. Anybody who is getting results, we find them and we talk to them. I still believe that for every disease or condition there is someone out there who is finding an answer.”

Odunton cautions that although the series is free, listeners must register in advance for the limited number of “seats” on each call through the website at – budurl.com/wellnessnews
