I am going to try this along with the gin-soaked raisins for my arthrtitis. It certainly seems wise to try these natural inflammatory agents.

I mix some turmeric with a little water and put it on my arm for pre-cancer skin cancer
Apply with a paper napkin, it will make your fingers yellow for a little while. It will turn you skin yellow temporarily. I also put it on my feet for athlete’s feet.

Yes, it is helping me majorly with my health.
I am also on a mostly raw food diet but I eat Sockeye Salmon, and alot of Omega 3 fatty acids. Goji Berries, Aduki Beans, and tons of raw produce. Turmeric is now a daily drink..It is fantastic. thankyou for this great video.!

My mother has cancer and she talks this to also stop diarrhea from chemo. However Turmeric can interfere with some chemo drugs so ask your Oncologist first. 1 teaspoon in water and she drinks once a day.

Quite interesting video on how to make your skin more beautiful! Acne is not only harmful to your skin, but also to mental health: It would not be nice to hear individuals always mocking you for your acne! Thus some persons pay through their nose just to go for cosmetic surgery. Even so I have found a rather easy and much cheaper way to get rid of acne, Youtube won’t allow me post the link here so I put it on my profile. Enjoy!

@dentyboy117 generally speaking tea is better, but you want to watch and make sure that both the tea and the coffee you drink are organic and non-caffeinated… caffeine will aggravate acne and if it’s non-organic it has additives which can cause problems with the skin too… so if you have either of these make sure they are high quality organic and caffeine free! ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks for your comment!

  • dentyboy117:

Thanks! I drink a lot of tea and the occasional coffee. Are these things bad for my skin?

  • snoopyxox:

Hi I don’t know if its just my computer but all of your recent videos keep stopping a few minutes in at the same place meaning I have to reload the page and start from a few seconds after where it stopped. I hope you can fix this. Thank you
