can you post a link to your greens?
Scientific evidence reveal that you are able to maximize your muscle
building process 2x-3x faster; by just modify your eating plan. Because
time you spend on the workout room is only 3% of all your time.
how many times a day should i drink one of the greens mix, and when is best
time to take them?
@subxpert786 I do offer personalized workout and nutrition program along
with online coaching right on my website. The link to my site is in the
side bar on my main video channel.
@Bairr87 Not yet, I’ll cover those in a future video.
Can you recomend a good green product with good price??
Is there ever going to be a video where you talk about ZMA and products
alike?
@rammajamma1993 Yes, they are good vitamin supplements.
If your desire is to get shredded, you should definitely take a look on
Google for “SSM Muscle Method”. You are surely going to end up getting the
muscles you desire.
@booiiboot Yes, you can take all of these supplements. I’ll often use
flaxseed oil with my food, very often I’ll add it to a garden salad along
with some low calorie dressing. And the B vitamins can be taken along with
your multi-vitamins.
My supplement budget is really low, as I’m not a hardcore bodybuilder. What
2 supplements would you recommend me getting?
My classmates laughed when I told them I was going to get ripped with
Morsch Muscle Madness, but then they saw the results. Go and google Morsch
Muscle Madness to see their reaction. (You should see their shock!)
@lmg10ny i take 2 fish oil pills a day as direscted.. and pour a teespoon
of flax oil in my protein shake before I mix it. Try.
Where do you buy Natures Aid multi? Don’t see it on websites or my local
store…
@eduardopapi94 Right now my personal favorite protein powder is Gaspari
Nutrition MyoFusion Whey Protein. This tastes great, mixes up nice and
creamy, and comes in several flavors.
Lee, I take 3 grams of Alfalfa daily. Do you have any thoughts on this
particular supplement? tks (I thought it might be good and it’s cheap)
Excellent video, Lee.
@grantflip Then what’s the point in watching this, when it seems you’ve got
it all figured out?
Awesome Awesome Awesome
Hi Lee , i have went through all the video series you have uploaded , i am
lucky to find these videos . I just want to know which kind of supplement
really suits me (i am 6 feet and i weigh 72 Kilo grams) , should i start
taking “creatine” or “whey protein” . Thanks in advance
two things what “Green” drink would you reccomend? and could you just do a
video of what supplements you use? or if that is too personal sorry that i
asked
@sathanas222 You should still have these supplements on hand. Chances are
there will be days when you don’t eat fish or don’t eat as many veggies as
you should. On these days you could make up for it by taking supplements.
No, fish oil doesn’t cause acne. This is actually really good for the skin.
@willis1116 Don’t get hung up on the brands, for the most part I just use
the drug store brand. Now I know some people will get their panties in a
knot when they here this, but when you actually compare the labels and
nutritional info, very often the drug store brand is just as good as the
more expensive name brands.
Thanks Lee. All of your videos have been a great help.
