For the sake of safety and precaution you may reduce the amount of turmeric to quarter spoon or even more less (i.e. only a pinch). Consume it in one day and watch the effect on next day. Don’t drink it next day. If you feel some recovery you can repeat it on day 3 and day 5 with that reduced amount of turmeric and then stop drinking. Also drink more and more water so that toxins flush out from body via urine. So you may try with least amount of turmeric.
Thank you!
i clarified my doubt as my mom keep saying more turmeric will lead to jaundice … does that lead to jaundice ? any side effects and precaution will be appreciated 🙂
One should consume this one glass of water within a day and don’t drink it at once, drink it 3 times a day. Please read the description of video.
