Author advocates natural remedies in new book ‘Living Wellness Today’

BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. (PRWEB) February 20, 2015

After dealing with her own health issues, author Annette Denton Livingston began investigating natural treatments as a way of avoiding doctors and prescription drugs. As she began using these natural remedies, she found that she felt better than she had using pharmaceuticals with a variety of side effects.

“Living Wellness Today: One Woman’s Search for Healing” (published by AuthorHouse) combines Livingston’s research and experience using natural remedies as opposed to synthetic drugs.

“This book is about using the natural medicines that God has provided for us as opposed to man-made drugs with numerous side effects and sometimes even death,” Livingston says.

Livingston believes her book will appeal to anyone who is looking for an alternative to treat physical maladies. She points out in her book that more people are looking to natural alternatives in order to keep potentially harmful chemicals out of their bodies. Livingston supports her argument using anecdotal evidence of her own experience with natural medicine.

“I hope my book will help the readers realize that there are alternatives to prescription drugs and God has used these to help us with the different health issues that so many of us may have,” Livingston says.
