Author advocates natural remedies in new book ‘Living Wellness Today’

After dealing with her own health issues, author Annette Denton Livingston began investigating natural treatments as a way of avoiding doctors and prescription drugs. As she began using these natural remedies, she found that she felt better than she had using pharmaceuticals with a variety of side effects.

Livingston supports her argument using anecdotal evidence of her own experience with natural medicine.

“I hope my book will help the readers realize that there are alternatives to prescription drugs and God has used these to help us with the different health issues that so many of us may have,” Livingston says.
